J-Lo will be on MTV with her reality show "DanceLife" where 6 backup dancers are trying to make it in Hollywood. As a sidenote, her ex husband, Ojani Noa, is still trying to put out his tell-all book "The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller." The ex-couple has to go to court January 29 as she attempts to stop the book, which talks about an affair she had with one of her "Anaconda" co-stars, and how she also carried on an affair with Marc Anthony while he was still married. Big deal now!
The 64th Annual Golden Globes Awards comes on tonight. Beyonce is nominated for 2 (Best actress and Best Original Song), Leonardo DiCaprio is nominated twice for best actor in a drama for Blood Diamond and The Departed, and he also competes against Will Smith (Pursuit of Happyness), Peter O'Toole and Forest Whitaker. Sacha Cohen and Borat nominated, Eddie Murphy, Johnny Depp, Clint Eastwood, etc. Check it Out!

Wow, Jean Strahan, former wife of Giants star Michael Strahan, is laughing her way to the bank! She's getting $15.3 million from him (he's only worth $22 million, which is surprising, where are all the endsorsement deal dollars?). It's broken down like this:

Half of the couple's joint assets (about $6.6 million)

She had her face buried in some crotches, she was sucking on some nipples and having her nipples sucked... well now she may be getting something out of it. Girls Gone Wild has offered her $25,000 and $2 per tape sold to host a new dvd (but she turned that down. Come on, you guys can afford more than that!) But fortunately, Playboy has offered her a spread (she might as well, everyone's seen her stuff already), and she's hosting a party in Vegas. Just think, do you even KNOW who any of the other Miss USA contenders are?
It seems like everyone is trying to cash in and get famous off sex tapes. I won't even get into Screech, but Kim Kardashian is trying to follow in the footsteps of Paris Hilton and put out a sex tape with Ray J. She claims there is no sex tape but insiders are saying that she is actively involved with trying to sell the footage for $1 million. If you don't know who she is, her father was one of OJ Simpson's lawyer for his infamous trial, and she has dated Nick Lachey, The Game, Nick Cannon, and of course Ray J.
The top news of the day: David Beckham is coming to the United States to play soccer for Major League Soccer's Los Angeles Galaxy team. His five-year contract, which has him starting in August, is worth $250 million and has him as the highest paid athlete in the US. What does this mean? Well, LA will probably sell out their games now, and there will be way more celebrity sightings at the Galaxy games. Also, clearly soccer is becoming a bigger deal over here now and maybe we should start calling it football like everyone else.
This is kind of late news, but Killa C has been disowned from Crime Mob. Apparently, he pled guilty to charges of child molestation in May of 2005 (the actual incident involved his 6-year old brother back in December 2000) and was sentenced to 5 years probation. He never registered as a sex offender, and when he got arrested last year for possession of marijuana and cocaine, all that came out. He is now serving 2 years for failure to register as a sex offender and 2 years for violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act. Even though Crime Mob now officially consists of 5 members instead of the original 6, Killa C's picture is still on the group's web site and they still plan to include his lyrics on their new release, "Hated On Mostly."
James Brown drama continues. His 5 year old son and his "wife" (that status has yet to be determined, as James Brown's lawyer is saying their marriage was never legal because she hadn't officially divorced her first husband when she married Brown but she claims to have the marriage license) are not included in the will. His 6 other children, however, have been provided for. Perhaps he doesn't believe James Jr. is really his son, as he requested a paternity test from his deathbed, not for himself but for the sake of his family.

We also have an exclusive TYRESE interview to preview for you, and an expert wifebeater to shed some light on the topic. So if you know anyone who has ever had a problem with this subject (whether it's a woman who got beat but stayed in a relationship, or a guy who would whup a woman's ass) we would love to hear your feedback. And in case you've been under a rock, Tyrese has recently gotten in trouble for allegedly beating his pregnant live-in girlfriend. Hopefully, it's all a misunderstanding...
Next up is the gorgeous Brooke Crittendon, who was made famous for her relationship with Kanye West. She was thrust into the spotlight, and then shitted on after they broke up and he proposed to his ex-girlfriend. We're going to find out what really happened and discover who Brooke really is, aside from all that drama. Her feature in Vibe Vixen definitely made her a target for all the haters, but does she really deserve that? And maybe you can Pillow Talk a little with her, on a special segment we'll be introducing tonight...
We're going to close out with Persia, who is featured on Ego Trip's The White Rapper Show, which premiers on VH-1 tonight. She actually uses the n- word tonight, and we'll discuss that controversy as well as reveal some very shocking things about her which you won't want to miss!

Diary » Posted: 1/8/2007 | # 50 CENT TELL-ALL BOOK?This morning, we had Fitty on the the show and he was in a great mood. Fresh from the Howard Stern show, he was talking about licking ass and all that Stern stuff. I know he's in town promoting G-Unit Books (a series of books from authors like Nikki Turner) and the first 3 are in stores today. We also talked about the movie "Home of the Brave," which comes out in March. I went to the screening, and he had a nice-sized role, which actually got expanded from the original script because of his abilities. Really, 50 is a very professional guy who works hard, and love him or hate him you have to respect his hustle. He's even writing a book with Robert Green, author of "The 48 Laws of Power" and "The Art of Seduction," (both books that I highly recommend, will definitely help you maneuver through life).
Anyway, with all these people writing books, and in light of the fact that Carmen Bryan (author of "It's No Secret" and Nas' baby momma) thanked him excessively on her book, I wondered if there is any chick running around that could write a tell-all book about 50 Cent. He replied that wasn't possible because no one knew enough about him or had enough they could tell. There could probably be a compilation book, I bet. But then he reconsidered and said his son's mother could definitely do that. I'm sure he put her through a lot.
Anyway, he then revealed that his son's mother's stepfather (please try to keep up) actually called Wendy Williams trying to figure out if he could get a book deal. 50 stayed at his house for 2 months after he got shot up, but steppops got mad because he wanted some money and his son's mother told him no, so now he's trying to get a book deal. But as Fitty said, he was laying in the bed, all shot up, couldn't even fuck, so what is there to tell?
Why is everyone trying to write a tell-all book? Who is this Trina M chick who says she had a 2-year relationship with Jay-Z who is trying to put out a book? I know I read and promoted both Superhead and Carmen Bryan's book, but you have to draw the line somewhere. I mean, what can you write in a tell-all about having an injured rapper staying at your house for 2 months? Would anyone buy that? And do you care about this Trina M chick? Diary » Posted: 1/4/2007 | # ROAD RAGE WITH STYLES PI was reading an article about Styles P and his road rage incident, and it is yet another reason that I try to avoid getting into confrontations on the road. Sometimes it's so damn hard though.
Apparently, a truck cut him off and he raced to go and cut the truck off. After successfully cutting off the truck driver, Styles P got out of his car and threw napkins at the driver's window. If someone threw napkins at my car, I would probably just laugh and point at them, but not John Henson. Instead, he rammed into Styles P and broke his leg. Now Henson is charged with second degree assault and Styles P has a broken leg over some napkins.
The point is, you never know how crazy the next person may be. People are maniacs on the road, especially when it comes to getting cut off. I recall an incident from when I was young, and my dad got into a fight on the hood of the car with some guy who cut us off. He would never let it go, he was always rolling up next to people and cursing them out, getting out of the car and challenging them, etc. There have been a few times I, too, have been guilty of road rage. I've been known to stick up my middle finger or get in front of someone and drive veeeerrry slowly, preventing them from getting around me. But nowadays, I just let those people go. It's not worth it to get into a possible altercation over something stupid. The only thing intolerable is stealing parking spaces. If you see I'm about to pull into a spot at the mall on Christmas Eve, when it's impossible to find parking, or I'm waiting for someone to pull out of a spot in the congested NYC area, and you try to get in there before me, God help you if I have some napkins.

Miss USA, Tara Conner, almost got stripped of her title for partying, making out with other women, allegedly hanging out with rappers like Cam'ron and The Game, doing coke, and getting sloshed at the tender age of 20. Fortunately for her, Donald Trump opted to put her in rehab rather than give the crown to the runner-up.
One person who is suffering from the backlash of the Miss USA scrutiny is Miss Nevada, who was set to compete in the 2007 competition. Pictures of Tara Rees surfaced on the internet, and they are pretty damned incriminating. I mean, everyone makes mistakes but this is ridiculous. In her defense, she claims that this was 5 years ago, when she was only 17 and a minor...but that makes it even worse. I only posted 2 pics, but there's plenty more (she's the one in the red).

When asked by Complex if he thinks he’s better than Jay-Z, he responds, “Who don’t? [to friends in the background] Ay-yo, am I better than Jay? [friends laugh and nod].
